12 cl Lemon juice

6 cl Red wine

9 cl Simple syrup

4 Egg white

Since the goal is first to achieve a proper foam, you want to perform a so-called dry shake. That means shaking without ice. That way, it foams more easily. Pour in the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and the egg white. Then shake well.

Add ice into the shaker and now shake until well-chilled.

Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.

Add the red wine into the drink by pouring it gently on the back of a spoon.
